1. Scope
This page describes how LootWave Market, Inc. processes, packages and ships orders. All shipments leave our warehouse in Orlando, Florida (USA) to any country where the customer provides a valid delivery address.
2. Processing and dispatch
Every order goes through payment verification, picking, packaging and label generation before leaving the warehouse. Apple (digital opening) boxes ship as soon as payment is confirmed; physical Amazon/eBay boxes are prepared and dispatched shortly after. During high-volume periods occasional delays may occur — we'll email you if that affects your order.
3. Carriers and delivery time
We work with international carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the label is generated.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination country. The carrier chosen and transit time depend on the destination and on the size of the order. You'll receive an up-to-date estimate with the shipment email.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout, before payment confirmation, and depend on destination, weight and box dimensions.
5. Customs duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the USA, import duties, local VAT/sales tax or customs fees may apply as defined by the destination country's authorities. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are collected by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery. We cannot predict the exact amount and cannot reimburse these fees.
6. Order tracking
After your order leaves the warehouse, you receive an email with the tracking number. You can also follow the status in your account area under My account → Orders. If you notice unusual delays on the tracking, contact us at support@lootwavemarket.com.
7. Failed delivery and incorrect addresses
Please verify your address carefully before completing checkout. If the carrier cannot deliver (wrong address, repeated absence, refusal to pay customs fees), the parcel is returned to our Orlando warehouse.
We can reship the order once the new shipping cost is paid. Parcels left unclaimed for a reasonable period after returning to the warehouse are considered abandoned, and the box value is not refundable.
8. Damage or loss in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or the carrier declares it lost, contact us as soon as possible, with photos of the packaging (if damaged) and the tracking number. We file the claim directly with the carrier and, once confirmed, we reship the order or issue equivalent site credit.
